Please keep in mind that you must wear a red mask for 12 hours, so plan accordingly.
HOW IT WORKS
The MelanX chemical peel is effective and safe for you to apply virtually with our trained & licensed medical professionals. So don’t worry, our team will guide you from start to finish on how to apply the peel on your face for optimal results.

Purchase the product online via our website. Once you have purchased the product, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days with more information about the MelanX chemical peel, consent forms going over all associated risks, client intake form, and a link to upload photos to verify that you are a good candidate.
Step 02

Once all forms have been completed, our licensed medical professionals will evaluate your client intake form and photos to determine if you are a good candidate for the MelanX Chemical Peel. If approved, we will send an approval email with the next steps in the process. If we do not believe you are a good candidate then we will issue a credit to your account at Charette Cosmetics.

Once approved, we will ship the peel to you and send you an email to book a virtual appointment with one of our licensed medical aesthetician for application and post-care.

Keep in mind that this is a process and can take up to 30 days to receive the peel and apply. If you cannot wait that long, please do not purchase. We do not offer refunds on any products. Your application will be denied and you’ll be issued a Charette Cosmetics credit if you’re intending to use it anywhere other than a one time use on the face.

Can I use the MelanX peel if I have active acne?
Yes, you can use the MelanX Peel even if you are dealing with active acne breakouts. Make sure to let your esthetician know what skincare ingredients you currently use to treat your acne.
Do I need to avoid the sun?
Limiting or avoiding the sun before and after the peel is best. We recommend minimal to no sun exposure for at least 25 days and no working out for 10-14 days.
How long will my skin peel?
On average, the skin peels for 5 to 10 days. Since everyone's skin is different, some people stop peeling before or after that period. The peeling can be intense, so you may want to schedule time off of work and allow for some social downtime.
When will I see results?
You will be able to see your results after 25 days. However, some patients may see positive skin changes earlier. It's important to have patience and allow the peel to work its magic.
